IIRC, Steve Carrell didnt leave the Office to pursue a movie career, he did it because he felt it was time to move on. I also think he wanted to spend more time with the family

Carell doesn't belong in this thread. He's got a total of six movies either being released or filmed this year

Not to mention his movie career was fine while on the office if I remember correctly
