Katherine Hiegl was also stupid to leave Grey's Anatomy. She just upped and left because she thought her movie career was about to take off after the success of Knocked Up. She hasn't been in anything of relevance since.

Was thinking this. She apparently was a huge bitch upon leaving, so much so that the creator told her to take a hike when she wanted to come back. Should've just killed her off. That show has really gone downhill the last few years. They killed off half the cast, and I havent really watched it in the last two of three years.
