I'm not big on movies that try to tie every single storyline together, but I'm pretty wide open. The only thing I despise are film makers who actually punish audiences for seeing their movies (Happiness, Buried, etc).

It depends on the type of movie, most movies, just wrap it up. But on the rare occasion, Inception, I like an ending like that.
Even though it's not my favorite movie at all, I really like the ending of the dark knight rises.

I'm satisfied as long as the ending is cleanly wrapped up... I don't mind movies that leave something to think about like Another Earth... as long as there has been enough info to figure it all out.
Not every movie can end like Memento or The Prestige.
