for all the ppl at TH7 or above how many lvl 9 barracks do you have?
i only have 1 and im working on 1 more. the other 2 are at 7, should i make all 4 lvl 9 before going to th8?
im getting bored and i want to upgrade to th8 soon

I have one able to produce pekka, the rest I get about 50 troops out of, whatever that is

Upgrade to th8. I haven't regretted it.

I have one lvl 9 barrack and the rest 8, feel I need to save elixir to upgrade troops, DE pump, camp before barrack. I don't use dragons much less pekka so I don't feel a "need" to upgrade them all the way.

I only have 1 barrack at level 9. I would upgrade everything else before you start upgrading other barracks to that level. That should be at the bottom of the upgrade list.
