Whoa. I know it's WAC basketball, but for a team in this state and as much as I watch the news, they are WAY under the radar.

Could this team beat the Tigers? I'm going with yes.

Did a ULL fan tell a Tech fan that their conference sucks?

Both teams are playing really well right now and the only common opponents we shared (A&M, McNeese, and NW St.), LSU won and Tech lost. LSU did have each at home, while Tech had to play on the road though.

I'd say that LSU will likely be a low seed in the NIT as well.

I'll tell you this a lot of people give our AD shite for the bowl fiasco but don't give him credit for being the sole reason we got Michael White as our coach. The bowl mistake was not all his fault but of course he is the fall guy. I will however take a NCAA basketball tournament bid over the Independance Bowl any day. What's so great about this is that Tech is really young. Nobody was expecting these results till next year. If we can keep Coach White for at least a few more years then watch out. This is just the beginning!

Another win for the Dawgs! The last two games against Denver and New Mexico St. are going to be tough. Should beat Utah St at home but it will still be a hard win. Could be possibly looking at 27 wins! Haven't done that since the Karl Malone days. Had a really good attendance tonight to considering it was Mardi Gras holiday for Tech.

The fans really came out tonight to make up for the lack of students in town. McNeail is a hoss from the 3 point line. Anderson also had a fantastic night.

We had over 4,000 there, which is more than a ULM football game

Northwestern would take care of them again. Now averaging 84.3ppg and 5th in the nation in steals. If LA Tech had played NSU's schedule they'd probably have the same or worse record.

That's funny cause when we beat ULM earlier this year ULM might have had 15 fans in Ruston for the game. You would think as much as they hate Tech they would show up for the game but that's not the case.

I don't think they would. Northwestern is very good this year, no doubt. But Tech has been getting better with every game. I really think that Tech would beat NWST if we played again. Anyways I'm glad both teams are doing good and I hope Tech and Northwestern make the tourney. I love Coach McConathy and always pull for the Demons when there not playing Tech.

Big win on the road. Hamilton and McNeail were non exsistent tonight. I feel pretty good about breaking the top 25 if we can pick up a W in Idaho.

Idaho's big guys ruffed us up pretty bad in ruston earlier this year.

Kyser was also pitiful tonight (1/9) from the field. The free throw shooting at the end of the game wanted to make me pull my hair out.
