Ugh. Keep hearing Ryan is the guy. Getting nervous. Just don't like Ryan. He seems like a douche bag.

What's the word on Grantham? I honestly don't know if he is a good hire or not? I follow the SEC religiously so I know he has had a good bit of success. Someone give me some more scoop.

I don't know much about the guy but it seems both him and Ryan are overrated. I think I'd go with Romeo at this point if he is interested. Otherwise go to the small ranks, it's gonna take years and a lot of cap space to fix this defense anyway.
