So you're telling me that awful Lakers roster was that much better than the Cavs roster? Enough to make up that much of a deficit?

So I ask again who is good enough to win a title without major talent????

The Lakers roster was better than the Cavs roster.

But they were both built with the same purpose: complacency and cost cutting.

The carry your team to the finals without talent argument is bs...role players mean a ton in the nba. Reggie miller led a team to the finals....role players left and right. The cavs and especially sixes were built to serve the star. They didn't need more stars to score with iverson, they needed defenders and rebounders.

Even if that roster was better, which I don't know if that's true, it certainly wasn't good enough to overturn a sweep to a series win.

They were but they weren't "major" talent. Caron Butler was probably their 2nd best player.

Mark Jackson was one of the top one guards in the league

I am a Shaq fan. I have been a fan of every team he played for, until he left the Heat.

I know exactly what I speak.

Mark Jackson was past his prime....took advantage of a weak eastern conference like Lebrun and ai.
