Yes and I don't know. Not sure I'd feel comfortable asking my MWD hand what he makes. Maybe someone else on here has that answer.

Yes and tool bonus. Depends on the company and grade for the value though. It can honestly be anywhere from $110-$225 starting and up to $500 later on. Factor in high temp bonus and other things and I know someone who made $15k in two weeks.
