1. Triple a cinnamon roll recipe
2. Roll out on sheet pan
3. Bake
4. Add purple, gold and green sprinkles

One of the two most incredibly overrated and overhyped Louisiana "delicasies." Obviously, the other is red beans and rice. Both taste like dog food. This is a trick question as there is no such thing as a good king cake.

I made Emeril's recipe back when the Saints were in the Super Bowl. Very, very good but a total pain in the arse.

Anyone have an easier recipe?
