Tony Brown -- what's his story?

On the maxpreps thread, people seem confident that we will get him. Is he a Katrina refugee? Why are we so confident?

He has known Brick Haley forever, good family friends. His godmother is Brick's goddaughter. His older sister, with whom he is very close, is also likely to sign with LSU for T&F within a couple months.

He has a sister that is a track athlete that is looking at LSU and A&M and some think based on that will determine where Tony goes. If she commits to A&M Tony will go there and if she commits to LSU Tony will go there. A&M has less spots on track and field, so she may commit to LSU and hence Tony will follow her.

j/k. He is high on us and we've been on him for a while. If his sister comes to LSU for track, our chances to get him go way up.
