Because unlike a 3-4 system, He's at least coached DB's before. DB's in a 3-4 system have the smallest amount of change at least schematically and technique wise than the DL's and LB's.

Dude. Vitt can coach backers in a 3-4. Chill. They will run whatever scheme the new dc brings in and Vitt will assist/ coach the lbers like usual. Relax
