As I opined earlier, if the select division has the prestige -- and I think it will, heck even the name, "select," suggests it's better than the other division -- then public schools will try to manipulate their way INTO the select division.

you look at a school like West Monroe (and others)... their boosters should be pissed if they willingly stay in a second-rate league
