True. It would probably be just a fun gun anyway. They're too pretty to trudge through the woods with.

Yea it's almost something that belongs on the wall only to be shot occasionally. It's just that pretty (at least to me).
Henry seems to really make some fine rifles. Every one I pick up or shoot feels excellent and I think they have left marlin in the dust on quality lever rifles. The only exception is the cheap .22, which is still a very good looking and shooting rifle, just with cheaper guts.
