100% disagree on both counts. Titanic, LA Confidential, As Good as it Gets, Good Will Hunting, and The Full Monty is as solid of a lineup as you can get.

Agree, I love Good Will Hunting but ill admit it. I thought titanic was great. Some good movies that year.

1997 was just an awesome year for movies. IIRC correctly, Boogie Nights and Donnie Brasco were also released in 97.

Conversely, 2005 (and many years since 2003) was a weak as frick year for movies. So Crash was just like the smartest retard that year.
