everyone, including towson, knows how to shut down LSU:

1. load the box and stuff the run.
2. man-up on the WR's; they struggle getting separation.
3. mett is NO RUNNING THREAT at all... can't outrun his shadown.

LSU needs a more mobile qb... not necessarily a dual-threat qb but someone who can at least threaten the defense with a 4 - 5 yard pick-up.

mett is the slowest qb i've seen in 30 yrs.

It seems as though if #2 gets corrected then #3 wouldn't be needed at all. Our WRs are average. Our OL had 3 freshmen playing on it. And our whole offensive passing strategy is pedestrian at best. It is not a must to have a mobile QB to win in college. Mett has the tools to be a great college QB.

Tom Brady is a statue in the nfl, but he's really good. He also has a OL than can block for 3-5 seconds consistently.

I will say this if our OL coaching/execution and WR play doesn't improve, then our QB play is going to suffer. Then I grant you we need a mobile QB to make up for our lack of all that I listed above. We need a big time WR. Landry is a slot WR. If leslie can step up next year, it could mean a world of difference to this offense.

Over react a little max-sec?
There are plenty qb's that are not mobile at the next level. 3 play today. Matty, Tom and Flaco(sp).
We need an oline for him to be successful though.
As well as better receiver play. He also needs to cut out mistakes.
