You can also fish around the dams in the main channel. They hold a lot of bait fish in that area which usually produces some good hauls. I remember last year we started burning them around mid March, but there are so many places to fish in that area that you just have to bounce around or find some moving water. Ill let u know when we start going back in the spring.
