yeah south carolina is kind of the anomaly in this but the point is valid.
but imo it's just in coll fb in general. a mobile QB is hard to defend but he has to be able to throw it too.
i know anthony jennings isn't a true dual threat but doesn't he run like a 4.6?
someone like matty flynn who can evade when necessary.
