Wine, liquor and beer sold in separate stores.

Only buy beer by the case.

Up here in Jersey you can get all booze at grocery stores, but there is a catch, only one store per chain can have the liquor license, the A&P here in tow can sell booze but the better A&P a two miles away can't sell it

this law didn't change last summer?

I know breweries used to only be able to sell you whole cases of a single beer, but that law changed last summer. I went to weyerbacher in june and they sold me singles of whatever I wanted because the law just changed.

Some grocery stores (Wegman's) now sell by the 6-pack.

I have relatives in Downingtown. We go to Victory Brewing Co. every time we visit .

In Virginia they sell wine and beer at grocery stores. Liquor is old at state ABC stores and the cost is high. That is why everyone in NOVA buys their liquor in DC or Maryland.
