During the Underarmour game that was less than a month ago, ESPN called Beckwith the number one player in the state. Amazing what committing to Alabama will do for you.

This is one instance where I don't think it's an Alabama bias thing. ESPN doing that is for no reason other than to give it more sensationalism. They said Beckwith was number one during the UA game because that's when he was comitting. Now that he's committed, they still need to draw eyeballs, so the biggest uncommitted guy moves to the top so they have something to sell again.

the ranking hvaent updated in teh last 24 hours huh? Becuase if not then you are just talking crazy. If so then you may have a case. But I doubt ESPN is basing rankings off of committments to that degree. He was great when he was uncommitted.
