Most tards have no clue about tennis or how difficult it is to play at a high level. The quickness, conditioning, hand-eye demands and mental aspects of tennis are so far over their heads that their ignorance is exposed by their comments.
Of all the sports, it is perhaps the most challenging sport, physically and mentally. Take a look at Nadal or Djokovic and tell me those guys aren't world class athletes.
As for LSU Tennis, I think we will be in the middle of the SEC which like football, is the toughest conference (although the PAC 12 and ACC aren't bad either).

It has nothing to do with that. The fact of the matter is this guy asked how the tennis team will be this year and outside of a very few people nobody has a clue about the tennis team. It has nothing to do with people not respecting the sport or thinking tennis players are not athletes. It's okay if you played tennis in high school. Get your panties out your vagina.

don't direct this at me. Tennis is actually my personal favorite sport. I go to most of the Clemson matches. I know UGA owns the SEC in tennis most years with occasional runs by Ole Miss,Florida and Tennessee.

Aussie Open coming on in 20 minutes.

i have always said tennis players are the best athletes from any sport. the athleticism and natural ability it takes to be good is unreal. my high school usually sent most of their top 6 to d-1 schools on full rides, won state every year, yada yada. one of my best friends went to michigan state on a full ride. he, at age 14 or so, was the #1 player in the south. i thought he practiced like crazy because it was a hell of a lot more than the rest of us practiced our sports, but he said he didn't play half as much as he needed to to maintain that type level of competitiveness. most the guys on our team were also starters on other sports teams and very very good at those sports too. they just seemed to be naturally good at anything they tried, regardless if they had ever played it before.
