I'm not saying they don't make it up in the end. Just internal debate in the middle of the story. Darth Vader defeats the Emperor in the end, but I think he's still in most people's mind a villain. A lot of people are hesitant to put Gollum on a villain list because of how much he goes back and forth, before becoming fully villainous at the end.

And this is what that voting might turn into. I like the idea but I can see someone causing a riot over the aforementioned Michael being put on a Hero/Villain list and somebody else disagreeing.
Anywho, yeah a ballot of 50 for the top 200 should be good. And if you need more writers I can do it although I am typically not as eloquent as you sly dogs.
