What actors/actresses other than Robert Downey have done rehab and got better?

Robert Downey Jr's life was going in a fast spiral down the shitter before he straightened up and made an successful comeback. Who else has done this? I think Dennis Hopper did, but he never really hit the depths that RDJ did...I think it was mostly his health. Can't even think of any actresses who've done it...

Mickey Rourke did pretty good coming back with "The Wrestler" and so on.

She was a wild child as a teen. Runs in her family, all the Barrymores were like that. She's been sober for years.

Was just reading about her in Wikipedia. Damn.
quote:
She was already a regular at the famed Studio 54 when she was a little girl, smoking cigarettes at age nine, drinking alcohol by the time she was 11, smoking marijuana at 12, and snorting cocaine at 13.[1][2] Her nightlife and constant partying became a popular subject with the media.[1] She was in rehab at age 13.[1][2] A suicide attempt at age 14 put her back in rehab, followed by a three-month stay with singer David Crosby and his wife.[8] The stay was precipitated, Crosby said, because she "needed to be around some people that were committed to sobriety."

I wad trying to think of someone who had made a comeback from rock bottom like RDJ the other night when I saw IM2 on TV and couldn't think of anyone.
Dude came back from skid row and prison to being IM and Sherlock Holmes.

There's probably a shitload of actors who've done little stints in rehab that you've never heard about.

Kirstie Alley was notorious cokehead around the time she was on Cheers.

Didn't know that. You know, I never did find her funny. Thought she was a shitty replacement for Shelly Long and was hoping she would go away fast. Never did, though.

I thought she had her moments. She had the eighties yuppie stereotype down pat.
