The post was quoted from Cajun preps, and it was from a principal at a St Mary parish high school. He said (to paraphrase) that he sends his baseball and softball team to the tournaments hosted by private schools and he schedules home games with those private schools to fund his programs.

Thanks for the clarification. That guy seems to know the reality of the situation and takes advantage of it accordingly, instead of trying to change the whole system.
