Stopped reading here. FEMA Director Mike Brown thought he was doing a good job following Katrina as well (right before he was fired), but that didn't change the reality of the fact that he failed miserably.

Horrible analogy on every level. It's so bad that if in your mind you think this is a good comparison then I don't even know how to explain this to you or where to start.
