You're right....I only think that because he was in the league for a while, won 2 superbowls so he did something right. Hopefully he can translate his experience into coaching. So going by that alone and the fact that he played for Bama again I'll say solid hire!!!

Well it doesn't really matter because they hired him to try and get Tony Connor and other future USP recruits.

Well since he was a collegiate and pro CB one would think he'd know how to coach DBs.
