Red Star shut down a few months ago after the owner sold the building.
They're supposed to bring in live entertainment at Mud & Water downtown, but I haven't heard about any acts. And they don't serve food.
I second the Chelsea's endorsements.

Timbo .... shows are on the way at M+W with many more to be added ... and food trucks for every show of note
