p&g 86, what you fail to mention about the ole miss debacle was the fact that he allowed 30-40 to BLEED off the clock around the 1:15 mark. His lack of clock management cost us that game. No reasonable person can dispute this.
The only coach i would take over les is nick. We can do a lot worse than the guy we have now. 85-21 is a GREAT record-i just believe that without boneheaded decisions at critical times, he is 90-16 instead. And by the way, we are LOADING up this year and next on the recruiting trail!!

Not mad. Just embarrassed for the shittiest fan base in the country that loves to talk shite about their own team.

Are you not at all embarrassed about the actions/decisions of our head coach time and time again?

I am. Especially since he's too naive to be embarrassed himself.

He's the only HC of a tier 1 program in the country who's a liability to his own team.

No coaching was going to fix that QB. We might as well have played 10 players on O.

I also was incorrect on the yardage. We got the ball down to the 6, not the 20-25 yardline. So obviously a much better shot at scoring on one play.

Jefferson took a sack and we called a TO immedaitely and then we threw a pass that lost another 7 yards and thats when he let the clock run down. Ware was tackled with 27 seconds and the clock ran down to 9 seconds before TO was called. So yeah he let 18 seconds run off and it was 4th and 26 at that point also.

Not saying it didn't cost us the game by any means. But there was also some other bad things. 9 yard sack on second down and then a 7 yard loss on a pass on third down makes no sense.

My only point was that there have been some serious clock blunders by other notable coaches that people tend to ignore while bashing our guy. Makes no sense.

I agree that we are loading up this year.

1/9/12 will never die. That coaching performance is inexcusable and should never be defended.

After that, I'd say the 2009 Ole Miss ending. My head almost exploded after that.

1/9/2012 was worse then 1/7/2013.

The biggest coaching failure in the history of football.

When I saw Miles on the field in his 1st game in TS wearing a Brittney Spears headset along with this:
quote:

1. Trying to call a timeout after an interception and having to be stopped by a grad assistant in Les' first game in Tiger Stadium. Timeout!!!

I knew exactly what we were dealing with and it has rung true ever since.

I really don't care about the waning seconds of Ole Miss 2009. That game LSU was dominated and ole miss was better and deserved to win. I don't hate on Miles for not pulling out the miracle victory. My bigger issue was why LSU was in that position in the first place. LSU should never be dominated by ole miss.

+1
That was a "surrender"...
arrogance and stubbornness guided it.

I think that was the beginning of players slowly losing faith in Miles.

If we perused your career as closely as you want to peruse Les Miles', I wonder what sort of blunders we might find?

It's insulting to your hero CLM to suggest that the end of Bama/UGay is even close to being on par with your hero CLM's encyclopedia of SNAFUs.
