I would take an additional 3% State sales tax to swap out the state income tax in a heart beat.
keep the same waiver on food and medicine.
i paid $1500+ in state taxes on my pay stub last year, i would have to spend $50,000 (every year) to rack up $1500 with the additional 3% sales tax.....

won't be hard to do if it's an across the board tax hike w/o any exemption on things like food, medicine, or gas.
