Over, if we throw a little more. And if he won't miss those deep passes, he is guarenteed to throw for over 3,000.

WAY OVER.

The reasons:

-Our whole offense is back, including all his favorite receivers and our Oline should be improved.

-Our defense won't be as good so we will have to score more i.e. put the ball in the air.

-Mett will try and kill it next year to get paid in the draft.

Under

If he plays the same he will have about the same yardage

If he improves, a couple of these close games will be well in hand and we won't be passing

shite, with all the drops in the first half alone he might have gone over 3K. Certainly would have gotten close.

I'm still not sure how the hell he got over 2500 with this offense

I'm taking the under for now, but obviously hoping for the former!

If we continue to throw the ball at the same rate that would require him to improve to 65% completions. That seems doable.
Over

In the first 5 games, I'd guesstimate the WRs dropped 400 yards total.

To me it's a no brainer over if a few things, that can be fixable, happens:

The drops were abnormal and have never seen something on that level for any team(think they kind of fixed it after the bye week)

Consistently overthrowing the deep man, again very abnormal(with half of those completed, he's sitting at 3000 and 20+ TDs this year).

OL is experienced except for the most important part(get a perfect fit here, and we are back on top)

Travin Dural, Quantavious Leslie, Avery Johnson(all 6'2"+, two 4.4 speed(Leslie 6'4" 4.5 speed), all will be here.)

Even if his horrendous pocket awareness continues(99% sure it will) He'll still be one of the best QBs in the nation.

Over...calling it 3200 yards 17 TDs 5 TOs

We're going to need to score like this to win more than 7 games in 2013.

And hes prob closer to the number you are thinking without all the dropped passes.

Id say over, but you guys will never make up your mind. The more mett throws, the more plays that takes from hill and blue.

No it wont. I looked up Wisconsin a few days back. Around the same amount of throws as us and their starting RB had over 300(356) carries. Their second had over a hundred(125), and their third over 60(62). Thing is, we don't get enough first downs and it has to take a miracle of God for us to drive the ball more than sixty yards. Also add to the fact that we had 7 ball carriers with at least 20 carries compared to other teams 3, 4, or 5.

Mett throws for fewer yards next year than this year.

Until I see a change in philosophy, I am predicting the same ol' shite.

This.

And I'll add the fact that we are going to have a much more diverse group of receivers that may actually be able to create separation downfield with Dural, Johnson, great young TEs, and hopefully at least one of the JUCO guys.

That will allow Jarvis and Odell to work in the slot, which is what they actually do well.

Also, with the D losses, I could see higher scoring games on both sides of the ball.

If he stays healthy, I think Mett will easily be closer to 4000 than 3000
