There is a massive difference. One guy did something that is against MLB rules, the other did something that was illegal. I don't believe the schmucks who cast HOF ballots work for Major League Baseball so if they choose to never put Bonds into the Hall, so be it.

The voter's are idiots if they ignore an era.
I think it has more to do also with them thinking they are above the game because of their voting status.
