Ok ok, but say I wanted to take a picture of my dog, but have him riding on a dirt bike with boots on and on his way to the dentist. I need it frame by frame. Can i do that on microsoft paint?

of course Paint can handle it. it's really the swiss army knife of preloaded work computer software
