I like that, what do you think of maybe running an end around off that or slip screening to the FB you originally faked to?" He won't say this stuff is crap...he'll improve it and keep what he likes. He'll get guys out of the box...imagine our I-form with JC leading for Hill with only 6 guys in the box.

The most important thing to me is that cam isn't a "yes man" to Les and just say he likes everything les does and tells him some things that les likes can work, but adjustments have to be made (like your example) and I don't think cam will be a yes man which is huge.

Hopefully he tells him that our toss iso eliminates the threat of pass faster then any other play in the world and that the entire defense can sell out on the rb at that point.
I think this is a best case scenario hire if it happens, and I really really hope your not trolling us.
