I think ownership (and Loomis and Lauscha) have faith in Demps. I'll just say that. Monty gets next year for sure unless something unforeseen happens.

I was told that Loomis scared the shite out of Demps.
And i disagree that its playoffs or bust next year.. They didnt just give him a 4 year extension to can him so soon. Going from awful to playoff contention next year should be enough for Monty.
