Anybody have a good, homemade light hot chocolate recipe? I look online all the time but just curious if anyone has a particular one they like?

Our Christmas Eve our hot chocolate bar included whipped creams, candy canes, marshmallows, peppermint schnapps and Baileys. However don't believe any of those fall into the " light" category.

Start your cocoa with just the right base is first to do. Take a trip to Calandros if in BR and look for Drostes' cocoa. It blows away any American makers stuff out of the water just following the recipe.

Godiva's mix is the best I've ever had as far as store bought goes
