Running between the tackles against a stacked box is pretty stupid, but it's what LSU does. There are other options to keeping the ball on the ground than running into a wall.

WTF do you think we were facing on that last series? A motherfricking wall, that's what! Clemson sold out against the run, and only an idiot would have run it there. It was idiotic to run it against Bama on that last series. There was no doubt Bama's eight guys were going to beat our seven blockers and put a hat on the ball carrier.
