He's just been too indecisive, and hesitant with his decisions. He also isn't good with balls in the air. And like Jumbeaux was saying, I don't feel he commands or organizes the defense well enough. He certainly is a good player, just the intangibles, vet leadership qualities are missing.

I feel like my FIFA season is prophetic. I signed a youth player named Nacho Camacho. He sucks, but I signed him for his name.
