About $1200 a month for a 1b/1b overlooking the lake..... was literally a week from moving there and had two real estate agents sending me constant information in Lincoln Park and Lake View.
I love Chicago, but it is really damn cold this time of the year
I prefer flying up there 15 times a year instead haha.
