Haha I'm about as far from a contortionist as one can get. I have some work to do.

EDIT: by the way, this is the first time I've used toasty toes warmers and they are awesome. My feet have never been this comfortable.

Good luck fellas : cheers: I got 2 more days of work then 11 days off.

8pt was killed on my MIL place that was just grazing in a foodplot and a real nice heavy horned 10 was killed in St.Fran both yesterday evening.

I've heard of more bucks being killed in the afternoons this year than morning which is odd.

any luck this season? I haven't go to go much behind the house. All we've seen so far was a doe and spotted fawn early.

I need to find time to get in that stand, especially this time of year

You guys ever hunted in a box where you go in through a trap door on the bottom? First time for me and it was quite an act of acrobatics.

HATE it!

that combined with the fact that the base of the stand was the same dimensions of the bottom of the box.. (18' tall) made it the worst deer hunt of my life

Shoot her! I need a cape for my fallow buck

seriously, though, some of the hair is falling off my fallow buck cape. I'm hoping we can use some preservatives and salvage it

This entire stand trembles every time I move even a muscle. But shite the view up here is pretty damn good.
