Vegetable soup (without the pasta if you use that)
You can make soup bases for puréed soups minus the milk product like cream of eggplant, asparagus, sweet potato...
I make Brigtsen's shrimp and sweet potato and freeze the base before cooking or adding the cream. Works great.
Raw meatloaf
Lasagne
Stews
Coq au vin
Chicken cacciatore
Cannelloni
Red gravy/meat balls

Sauce piquante w/o rice is always in my freezer ready to be defrosted. Just cook rice and that is easy enough, even w/ a new baby!!!
