if somebody actively conspired to commit a crime, sure they're guilty of something. do we have any evidence of this?

Conspiracies don't have to be explicit. Obviously just being at the party or parties is not enough, but taking pictures, videos, and posting on twitter as a girl is being raped sounds like a pretty easy conspiracy case to me.
