It's smart to advocate a losing mentality to a team?
I think it means more to finish strong and establish a winning atmosphere. Than to try to improve draft position very slightly.

It seemed like from your op that you wanted to win but said we should just think that we have been tanking the game because it would make you feel better about losing a game that we definitely would lose which IMO would make you a pussy. I was proposing that losing the game would be better than winning as it would be more beneficial in the long run.
I was also making a joke about it being a conspiracy that we are trying to lose because as soon as we get eliminated from the playoffs, we start choking this game away.
But neither part of it went over well because this board is on edge.
