Anaheim is a pitcher's park regardless of who is pitching. It depresses their own hitters' numbers as well, who don't go up against the Angels' staff which, wasn't as great as advertised last year anyway.

Hamilton is a boom or bust hitter. He strikes out a ton, and I can see him getting real frustrated in Anaheim. I think the Rangers have totally screwed the pooch this offseason, but I also think the Angles are going to regret this signing. The big winner of this deal is the A's.

Well yeah I am aware it is a pitchers park, one of better ones in fact and I stated his numbers may dip. Look at Albert his power numbers and avg took a dip but he managed 50 doubles for first time since 03 I believe.
Hamilton will be fine in deal and it is only a 5 year deal for a 31 year old player, normally this type of deal we would be saying team got off lucky because of the length, however, because it is Hamilton no one is sure how he will age.
