get you some. great as a traditional cereal w/ milk or as a snack with yogurt. sometimes i even take a handful to snack on during the day.

Love me some kashi but this one wasn't my favorite.



This one and go lean crunch are my favorites.

yea i was disappointed in that one. the flakes tasted like cardboard. the other cereals are money.

Kashi Go Lean Cinnamon Crumble is also legit. Drinking the cinnamon flavored milk at the end might be the best part.

It's the only cereal I eat, either with milk or with some Greek Yogurt. It's a very filling breakfast. Love this stuff.

I mix a couple cups of this in the bowl when making oatmeal raisin cookies add the glass of skim milk and it is its own food group

sounds good. my breakfast this morning was 1/2 cup toasted berry crumble, 1 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup blueberries and a cup of strawberries mixed in a large bowl. delectable.

Like I said, I don't eat cereal much - usually I eat fruit of some kind or maybe a smoothie. Once a month or so, I'll raid the kid's cereal...
