I understand he is a classy guy, but damn:

58-0, humiliation, 1 reception for 2 yards, lost to the Jets 7-6 last week and your coach keeps cycling the same two ineffective QB's! Surely there are FA QB's out there that are at least worth a look.

Colt McCoy would be a good fit for them.

I want to feel bad for him but he just signed a huge extension with them for some odd reason...

His dad said something:

LINK /

quote:

Larry Fitzgerald Sr., a sportswriter who occasionally opines about his son’s athletic endeavors, took to Twitter on Sunday and ripped the Cardinals as they went through a dismal 58-0 loss to the Seahawks.

“Pathetic performance by Arizona Cardinals,” Fitzgerald wrote. “Cardinals loss 9 straight can’t do anything right.”

Fitzgerald also referred to the blowout loss as, “Humbling embarrassing frustrating angering disappointing painful. What happens when u quit!”

The elder Fitzgerald also referenced Larry Jr.’s high school experience, when Larry Sr. transferred his son to a different school because Larry Jr.’s school wasn’t competitive on the field.

Did he resign before or after Manning decided on Denver?

Eta: He resigned in 2011 didn't he? If that's the case, no sympathy.

I think the Dolphins would be a good fit for him. Young, rising QB and no clear-cut WR1. Solid running game.

What exactly can Larry say? Does anybody out there have an entire new offensive line and quarterback that we could borrow?
