Good move for Auburn.
Keeping coaches from a 0-8 staff is not how you change the culture.
Potentially losing a few good recruits (who could easily be busts) isn't worth it- got to think long-term.

unfortunately for div 1 coaches, you arent allowed much of a "long term" if you dont win pretty soon out the gate.
