So they got someone that Dooley beat last year

Maybe we outkicked our coverage on our coaching search.

They will bitch and moan about this hire and want Hart fired all offseason. If he maybe went to the same high school as Gruden he could be a good coach.

Hope he does well. Smart of him to not take Colorado.

From Butch Jones Wikipedia page
On December 7, 2012, amidst expectations by fans for a high profile coach, Jones was announced as the head coach at University of Tennessee
. It is expected that Tennessee will see the lowest ticket and merchandise sales in their history. Jones is now making 3 million dollars a year, and is expected to start receiving his multi-million dollar buyout after losses to Vanderbilt and Kentucky in his first season. Tennessee does not want Butch Jones, but the athletic director and chancellor are from Alabama and Florida, respectively, and have no passion to see the University of Tennessee to be successful. Maybe the search for the next coach can start now and before Butch Jones gives Tennessee a even worse public image.

Charlie Weatherbie and Watson Brown aren't better coaches than Nick Saban even though the scoreboard might have said otherwise.

Guy lived off of Brian Kelly, this is an awful hire.

He did, Kelly recruited the kids he won with at Central Michigan and Cincy.

Lol
This is a funny hire simply because of how many people turned Tennessee down. However, Jones is a damn good coach and better than half the guys they were flirting with before him.

Meh, we shall see, he's only won with Kelly's recruits at both stops.

How in the world will this intro go?
"Jones was our 15th....er....1st choice!"
I'm not even bagging on the hire. I have no knowledge of him and wish him and UT success. I just can't imagine that intro

Good for him, as I really liked him at Central Mich and at Cincinnati.
Damn, I just wish it weren't for a Gator division Rival, though
