Green laser advice

I am looking for opinions on green laser sights. I have a m&p 15-22 and an ar-15 that I am in the process of tricking out. Not wanting to spend $400-$500 on lasers. Anybody had luck with any of the less expensive Lasers? Thanks in advance.

The Viridian green laser is insanely bright. If you want something with some extreme range, I would say this is your best bet. For something like pig hunting at night, it would be perfect out to about 200-300 yards. It really is that bright.

Whats the purpose of green vs red?

I think he is talking about the green lasers that illuminate the field of your scope, not just a red laser that puts a dot on the target

my green laser pen reaces out for miles. At this distance it will light up your house if I hit your windows

Green has more luminous intensity and is easier for the human eye to see in daylight conditions. Basically, at night it's a beast, to sum it up for you.

For a green laser, Viridian is the tits.

Not a laser, but I have a wildlife innovations kill light 250. It is perfect for 150-200 yard night shots. Green is good for night because hogs can't see the color green. Something to do with the cones in their eyes.
