I'm having whats known as remorse chicken thighs. I got a case of remorse when I saw them in the refirgerator earler today.

A stir fry concoction of thin sliced sirloin, sausage, onions, and shrooms. Should be interesting.

Eating kind of light tonight. Cucumber, tomato and red onion salad, with feta and crumbled bacon in home made Italian dressing with garlic clove stuffed French bread toasted with grated parmesan and mozzarella.

That is healthy eating for me

Crab and shrimp gumbo.

I was so happy to find live blue crabs at the local asian mart I decided to do 2 different meals out of them. So I boiled them up this weekend, and then I used some of their shells and some shrimp shells to make a seafood stock for the gumbo. Oh so good.
