Not a lie. Whether or not we "officially" turned it down, it was pretty common knowledge around campus that we did or were going to over a week ago.
Either way, our decision had nothing to do with ULM like a lot of people have implied.

Oh and who has tech beaten this year to make them so much above ulm.
Tech was dumb to turn down this bowl and it will show when all the bowls are chosen.
