Ejecting players that punch a player's helmet is a bad rule. Agree or Disagree?

I hate the rule. The rule should only be 15 yards. It does ZERO damage to a player and is pretty much pointless to do it.

I don't think it's about if they can feel it. It's about keeping control of the game. Got to draw the line somewhere.

Completely disagree. Keeping them there could end up causing a full blown brawl.

Maybe I missed it, but did they eject the Oklahoma tackle?

For a defenseless player, I can understand it.. however, when a defender makes a hit on a player who is in position to take a hit and can sense that a hit is imminent, no ejection should take place.

Throw a punch you need to get a trip home. It's not about where it landed it's about the fact it was thrown.

disagree with OP
good rule and it would be asinine to get rid of it.
